Hybrid Qi Gong Classes

This hybrid one hour class is a part of an ongoing in-person class I teach in Healdsburg. These mindful movements offer a way to cultivate peace, connection, and stability—especially during challenging times.

What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong is a meditative movement practice that nourishes both body and mind and spirit. Our group sessions create a palpable, positive energetic field that many participants find deeply supportive. No prior experience is necessary. You simply mirror my moves. Qi Gong can be done seated or standing.

  • Classes are free of charge.

  •  Regular attendance brings the greatest benefits, but you’re welcome to drop in whenever your schedule allows.
