I love supporting people with acupuncture, herbs, energy medicine, and lifestyle recommendations. I’m also a Qi Gong teacher, and it’s one of my passions to share this knowledge with others. These simple movements, coordinated with breathing, can create the foundation for health in the body, mind, and spirit. As a holistic healthcare provider, I believe that the daily lifestyle choices we make have the biggest impact on our health, and I enjoy educating others on how to make the best choices for relaxation, sleep, nutrition, and exercise.
I received my Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Go Badgers!) and went on to earn a Master’s in Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, California. I’ve also had advanced training in sports medicine and chronic pain. On a personal note, I find that regular exercise, a daily spiritual practice, and staying connected with nature are essential to my own well-being.
