In the first session, we’ll explore how balancing the Yang energy of your day with the Yin energy of the night creates conditions for deep, restorative sleep. Through small adjustments to your daily routines, environment, and mindset, you’ll learn holistic strategies to transition smoothly from activity to rest. This class includes stretching routines and relaxation techniques to help your body and mind embrace the quiet of the night.

The Art of Deep Rest: Strategies for Insomnia Relief
In the second session, we’ll draw on Chinese medicine wisdom to understand why sleep disturbances arise and how to restore balance. Whether it’s pain, stress, or restlessness keeping you awake, you’ll learn practical techniques to calm the mind, settle the body, and regulate the flow of Qi at night. This class includes strategies for managing worry and repetitive thoughts, helping you find deeper rest.
