Qi Gong is a well being practice that coordinates breath with movement to harmonize energy in the mind, body and spirit. It’s a wonderful way to feel grounded and expansive! No experience is necessary – you can simply mirror the moves and modify as needed.
I am available to teach group Qi Gong classes as part of wellness retreats or other group gatherings. Classes can be tailored depending on the intention of the group, whether you’re looking for a calming, restorative session or a more energizing, dynamic practice. I love creating an experience that fits the unique needs and energy of each group, offering movements that help promote health, balance, and relaxation for everyone involved.
